摘 要:以阴离子单体和非离子单体为原料合成了一种聚合物防垢剂 ,研究了其防垢效果与聚合温度、引发剂用量及单体浓度等因素的关系。考察了共聚物用量和溶液中Ca2 + 、Ba2 + 离子浓度对防垢效果的影响。结果表明 :FPM— 1对CaSO4 、CaCO3 具有较好的防垢效果 ,对BaSO4 垢具有一定的抑制作用 ,可作油田注水和工业循环冷却水的阻垢剂。对BaSO4 的透射扫描电镜分析结果表明 :FPM— 1通过分子链上的羧嵌基和磺酸基在晶体表面发生吸附作用 ,或聚合物入晶体的晶格中 ,致使晶体发生畸变 。A polymer scale inhibitor FPM-1 has been synthesized by using an anion monomer and a non-ionic monomer. The relationship of polymerization temperature, initiator dose and monomer concentration to the scale prevention percentage has been studied. The influence of the copolymer addition and the concentration of Ca 2+ ,Ba 2+ in the solution on the scale inhibition efficiency has also been investigated. Results show that FPM-1 is a good scale inhibitor for CaCO 3,CaSO 4, and has some inhibiting effect to BaSO 4. It can be used in water flood in oilfield and cooling water for industrial circulating water. The analysis of scanning electron microscope (SEM) on BaSO 4 has indicated that the scale is inhibited because of the lattice deformation which is caused by the adsorption of carboxylic groups and sulfonic acid groups on crystal surfaces or inserting the polymer into the crystal lattices.
