摘 要:利用热力管道模拟实验装置 ,对复合硅酸盐绝热材料进行了室内实验研究 .根据高温蒸汽管道频繁振动的特点 ,分析了绝热涂料及绝热型材导热系数方程 .通过优化设计和工程试验 ,给出了最佳经济厚度优化设计结果 ,并加以验证 ,得到了“复合硅酸绝热涂料 +复合硅酸绝热型材 +复合硅酸绝热涂料”A great many researches on the performance of thermal insulated material have been carried out on the basis of indoor and outdoor tests, and based on their characteristic in application, the thermal insulated materials fit for the piping heat insulation are chosen. On the basis of the studies and according to the factual work condition in application, the perfect thermal insulated structure is chosen. In order to give the furthest thickness of thermal insulated material to construct, a set of optimized design software is designed, and it is the scientific and theoretical foundation for the design of thermal insulated structure, and also meets the demand of the temperature of surface, the density of heat stream and economy. In addition, the sinking problem of thermal insulated material existing in high temperature steam piping is solved by choosing the thermal insulated structure reasonably, and in practice it has a remarkable effect on engineering practice.
