西气东输工程使用国产螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管可行性分析

摘　　要：国产螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管经过多年的发展，已经取得了较大的进步，尤其是石油行业 内几家钢管厂的产品代表着国内最高水平。通过介绍国产螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管的现状和生产工 艺技术，与进口直缝埋弧焊钢管进行了质量与性能比较，认为国产螺旋缝埋弧焊钢管能够满 足西气东输管道工程的要求。Through the many years development the quality of the China made spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe have improved immensely, the pipe Mills of petr oleum industry are of the first ranks. Introduced the present situation and prod uction technology of China made spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe and compa red the quality and characteristic of the China made spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe with the imported longitudinal submerged arc welded steel pipe. Conc luded that the China made spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe can fully meet the requirement of the China's West-to-East Gas Pipeline project.
