摘　　要：通过发挥经济杠杆作用，提高设备使用效益；建立适应培养计划的管理方式；与企业合作建立一些联合实验室等改革措施来建设实验室。Economic lever should be brought into its full play in order to promote utilization benefit of equipment and installations. We should conduct a way of laboratory management, adapting to the training plan. And we may build allied laboratories in cooperation with enterprises, The laboratory constraction will take on a new look so long as these measures are taken.
