摘　　要：论述了水库洪水调度系统设计与开发的目标，介绍了洪水预报和水库调度的系统结构和功能、运行环境、关键技术、规范化和标准化设计，提出了解决问题的途径和方法。采用现代软件编程技术，开发出了先进、实用、可靠和界面友好的应用软件，并已在全国31座水库运行，效果良好。： The object of design and development of reservoir operation system is described． System＇s structure and function， working environment， key technologies， normalization and standardization design are emphasized． The approach methods for solving problems are proposed． A computer＇s software that is advanced， suitability， reliability and friend－user interface is developed by using modern program technologies． The software has been applied to 31 reservoirs and the results are satisfactory．
