摘　　要：外商直接投资对我国的外贸以及国民经济增长起着日益重要的作用 ,同时也给国内企业的外贸出口带来了巨大的压力。国家在进一步扩大对外开放的过程中 ,应该考虑采取适当的措施来促进本国外贸企业竞争力的提高 ,以确保民族工业随着经济的增长而发展壮大。The direct investment by foreign businessmen is favourite to our foreign trade and national economic growth,but meanwhile it is also a pressure to our foreign exports.Therefore,in the course of enlarging opening to the outside world.We should take some measures to improve competition power.For the purpose of ensuring the development of our national industry along with the economic growth.
