摘　　要：概述了近些年来有关制备高纯卵磷脂的研究成果和进展,对五种制备高纯卵磷脂的方法进行了简要的介绍和评述。The Paper reviewed the advances and achievements in preparation of high - purity - Lecithin in recent years. The five methods of preparation of high-purity-lecithin were summarized. Each method was described and evaluted.
