摘　　要：文中采用相转移催化剂 ,以丙烯酸为原料 ,合成出了丙烯酸缩水甘油酯 ,探讨了不同反应条件如 :温度 ,催化剂用量及反应时间对主要产物丙烯酸缩水甘油酯产率的影响。并在此基础上 ,以丙烯酸缩水甘油酯作为交联单体 ,协同其它多官能团单体 ,通过乳液聚合方式合成出了一种新型环保型自交联涂料印花粘合剂。通过对其应用性能的测试 ,结果表明其各项性能都能达到国家标准。With acrylic acid as raw material,glycidyl acrylate was synthesized.Then taking this procuct as crosslinking monomer and together with other monomers ,a novel environmentally friendly self crosslinking pigment printing binder was synthesized.The result of testing indicated that its properties were in conformance with the national standards.
