摘 要:以成分为Zr65Al7.5Cu17.5Ni10的元素粉末混合物及AlN颗粒为起始材料,经机械合金 化形成非晶态合金为基体的复合材料, AlN添加量为 5%~30%(体积分数,下同).利用 X 射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和差示扫描量热计(DSC)分析了含AlN复合材料的结构特性、玻 璃转变与晶化行为 TEM观察表明, AlN第二相粒子弥散分布在非晶 Zr基合金基体上,粒子尺寸为 20~200nm,仍为初始的晶体结构与未添加AlN的Zr基非晶态合金相比,含5%~10%AlN的复合 材料仍表现出较宽的过冷液态温度区域,玻璃转变温度(Tg)和晶化激活能(Ex)没有显著变化,但晶化 起始温度(Tx)向高温移动大约 10K,导致过冷液态温度区域的扩宽AlN含量增至 30%,明显的玻璃 转变消失,Tx升高约20K.Elemental powder mixtures with a composition of Zr65Al7.5Cu17.5Ni10 together with 5%-30% AIN particles were mechanically alloyed to form an amorphous alloy matrix composite. The structural feature, glass transition and crystallization behavior of the AIN--containing composite were analyzed using X--ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). From TEM observation, it was shown that the AIN second phase particles with a size regioning from 20 to 200 um were homogeneously dispersed in the amorphous Zr--based alloy matrix, remained initial crystalline structure. Compared with the amorphous alloy without AIN, the composites with 5%-10% AIN exhibit a significant supercooled liquid region. No appreciable change in glass transition temperature (Tg) and crystallization activation energy (Ex) was found, but the onset temperature for the crystallization (Tx) increases by about 10K. It results in a broadening of the supercooled liquid region of the composite. With increasing the content of AIN particles up to 30%, the significant glass transition disappeared and the crystallization temperature for the composite is raised about 20K.
