摘　　要：本文分析了高级现代化多功能商场建筑通风空调防火与排烟的特征 ,通过商业建筑工艺机理的探索 ,阐明现代商场建筑防火排烟设置的重要性 ,指出“防火排烟系统”的设计是当代商业建筑设计中极其重要的组成部分 ,贯彻“以防为主 ,防消结合”是做好商业建筑通风空调防火正压送风与排烟系统最经济、最合理的设计原则 ,并阐述了防烟楼梯间、电梯间正压送风风量和商场内部排烟量的简明快速计算方法及其设计注意事项 。This paper analyzes the features of fire protection and smoke emission of ventilation and air conditioning in modern multifunctional commercial buildings.Explains the importance of smoke prevention and emission in modern commercial building through exploring its mechanism.Points out that the design of fire protection and smoke emission system is a very important part,to carry out 'giving priority to fire prevention,combining prevention with control' is the most economic and reasonable design philosophy of positive air supply and smoke emission system.Expound the simple and quick calculation method and its precautions of the fire prevention of stair well,the positive air supply of elevator hoistway and the inner exhaust smoke of store.In addition,several typical design projects of nowadays are summarized.
