摘 要:本文对便携式发电机的噪声源进行了控制处理。约束阻尼层处理和冷却风扇盖硬化处理 ,可有效减小噪声级达 3dB。紧固消音器也可减小噪声级。为发电机设计局部包围 ,局部包围分别减小声压级和声强级为 4dB和 3.7dB。同时使用上述噪声控制 ,第四面上噪声可减小 8.5dB。In this paper,major noise sources in a portable generator set have been controlled.Constrained layer damping treatment and stiffening of the cooling fan cover had a combined effect of reducing the sound pressure level by about 3dB.Rigid clamping of the silencer also reduced the noise level.A partial enclosure reduced the sound pressure and power levels by about 4 and 3.7dB respectively.An overall noise reduction by 8.5dB was obtained on side 4 of the generator set as a result of the implementation of all the noise control measures.The noise reduction on the other sides of the generator set was also substantial.
