摘　　要：采用正电子湮没寿命谱的方法研宄了 Mg-Al 尖晶石透明陶瓷被电子、质子辐照后的缺陷情况,以及在γ射线辐照下,缺陷情况随γ射线剂量的变化规律。并研究了其退火特性。Positron lifetime technique was used to study the defects of MgAl_2O_4 Transparent ceramics irradi- ated by electrons and protons.Defect of MgAl_2O_4 transparent ceramics irradiated by -rays was also studied by positron lifetime technique.We get the result that there are three phases with the dose increasing.We examined also the anneal effect.
