摘　　要：目的 :系统研究诃子的化学成分。方法 :反复利用硅胶、凝胶色谱技术对诃子的化学成分进行分离、纯化 ,应用化学及波谱方法确定他们的结构。结果 :共分离鉴定出 2 1个成分 ,本文报道 8个多元酚类成分 :2 ,3 (S) 六羟基联苯二甲酰基 D 葡萄糖 [2 ,3 (S) HHDP D glucose ,TCD 11];3 ,6 二 O 没食子酰基 D 葡萄糖(3 ,6 di O galloyl D glucose ,TCD 14) ;6 O 没食子酰基 D 葡萄糖 (6 O galloyl D glucose ,TCD 17) ;(- ) 莽草酸盐4 O 没食子酸酯 [(- ) shikimide 4 O gallate ,TCD 18];(- ) 莽草酸 3 O 没食子酸酯 +(- ) 莽草酸 5 O 没食子酸酯 [(- ) shikimicacid 3 O gallate +(- ) shikimicacid 5 O gallate ,TCD 2 0 ];没食子酸甲酯 (methylgallate ,TCD 2 5 )和 1,2 ,6 三 O 没食子酰基 β D 葡萄糖 (1,2 ,6 tri O galloyl β D glucose ,TCD 2 7)的提取、分离和结构鉴定。 结论 :这AIM\ The purpose is to examine the chemical constituents in the fruits of \%Terminalia chebula\%. METHODS\ Using combined chromatographies over silica gel, Diaion HP 20, Toyopearl HW 40 and MCI gel CHP 20P to purify the constituents of \%Terminalia chebula\%, and identifying their structures on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical evidence were purified. RESULTS\ Twenty one hydrolyzable tannins and related polyphenols were characterized, here reports eight of them: 2,3 ( S ) HHDP D glucose, 3,6 di O galloyl D glucose, 6 O galloyl D glucose, (-) shikimide 4 O gallate, (-) shikimic acid 3 O gallate+(-) shikimic acid 5 O gallate, methyl gallate and 1,2,6 tri O galloyl β D glucose were reported. CONCLUSION\ The above eight polyphenols were obtained from myrobalans for the first time.
