摘 要:目的:了解西替利嗪对荨麻疹风团抑制的作用。方法:采用随机设计,以西替利嗪治疗为实验组,以特非拉丁治疗为对照组,对60例慢性尊麻疹患者,进行尘螨皮试诱发风团抑制情况的对比研究。结果:服药前两组间的风团面积无显著性差异。服用2周时,西替利嗪组对风团的抑制明显优于特非拉丁组,差异具显著性(P<0.05)。通过进一步的剂量一反应关系研究,曲线拟合所确定的风团抑制指数表明,前者的抑制作用是后者的9倍。结论:西替利嗪对风团抑制的作用优于特非拉丁。OBJECTIVE: In order to study the inhibitive effect of cetirizine on wheals, a completely random design study was done on 60 chronic urticaria Patients to compare the inhibitive effect of cetirizine(CTR) and tefenadine(TFN) on wheals in- duced by the dust acarid juice skin test. METHODS: Five dif- ferent concentrations of dust acarid juice skin test (10-2 、10-3、 10-4 、10-5.、10-6 ) were tested in the research. RESULTS: The re- sults showed that there was no significant difference in the wheal size between the groups before administration of medicine, the inhibitive effect of CTR was markedly superior to that of TFN with statistical significance after 2 weeks' adminis- tration of medicine (P< 0. 05). The diagram of a further dose- reaction study showed that the inhibit index of CTR was 9 times that of TFN. One week after ceasing administration, the effect of the former was still superior to that of the latter in high concentration (10-2, 10-3 ). CONCLUSTION :CTR is more effec- tive than TFN in inhibiting wheals.
