摘　　要：本文基于知识和数值算法的研究方法,进行了高效液相色谱柱系统的评价和诊断。这个系统在有专家经验的知识库支持下可对这些参数进行综合分析和推理,找出色谱柱和柱系统可能存在的问题,并提出专家级的改进意见。本系统已被应用到柱系统的评价、色谱柱寿命的考察和不同预柱对柱参数的影响,在实际工作中获得了较好的结果。The evaluation and diagnosis of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) column system have been described on the basis of principles of artificial intelligence and some algorithms.The parameters of column system obtained from evaluation system can be transformed to an expert system for chromatography for comprehensive analysis and reasoning to find some trouble in the system.The system has been used to the evaluation of chromatographic column,investigation of column life and effect of precolumn on parameters of column system.
