锁蜈芎汤加艾灸治疗难治性面瘫28例临床观察

摘　　要：观察锁蜈芎汤加艾灸治疗难治性面瘫28例临床疗效,并与内服牵正散20例作对照。结果:治疗组总有效率96.42%,对照组总有效率65.00%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);在主要症状疗效、不同疗程疗效方面比较,治疗组亦均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示:锁蜈芎汤加艾灸治疗面瘫具有改善面神经组织缺血、水肿和压迫的作用,并能够修复轴索损害,恢复神经纤维再生。The curative effect of Suowuxiong Tang combined with moxa moxibustion (STMM)was observed in 28 cases of obstinate facial paralysis(OFP),with 20 cases treated by oral administration of Qianzheng San as control.The results showed that the total effective rate was 96 42% in STMM group,and 65 00% respectively in the control group. The difference was markedly significant (P < 0 01). The relief of chief symptoms and the effect in various treatment courses were more superior in STMM group than in the control group (P < 0 05 and P < 0 01).It is indicated that STMM can lessen the ischemia of facial nerve,edema and compression,repair the damage of axon,and promote the regeneration of nerve fiber.
