复方黄芩片的溶出度研究

摘　　要：以水为溶出介质 ,在 2 74nm处测定黄芩苷的吸收度 ,按转篮法对复方黄芩片的溶出度进行了考察 ,结果不同批号复方黄芩片的溶出参数有极显著性差异 ,复方黄芩片的溶出缓慢 ,T50 为 2 70～ 30 2 min。To determine the dissolution rates of Fufang Huangqin tablets with rotatory basket method. The water used as dissolution medium, UV spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination of baicalin in Fufang Huangqin tablets at 274nm. The results showed the dissolution parameters(T 50 , T d, m) were remarkably different(P<0 01) between the different batches of the tablets tested. These Fufang Huangqin tablets were dissolved slowly and T 50 was 228～323min.
