摘　　要：中西医结合临床辨证方法是使中西医诊断方法优势互补、辨证与辨病相统一的辨证方法。从四个方面论述了这一辨证方法的研究思路 :1坚持辨病与辨证相结合的原则性 ;2坚持功能辨证与形态辨证的统一 ;3促进宏观辨证与微观辨证的有机结合 ;4促进中西医结合辨证方法的标准化。Clinical differential diagnoses of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine are methods which refer to mutual supplement to their superior diagnostic methods as well as integral wholism between disease and syndrome in differential diagnoses In this essay,diagnostic methods may be summarised as follow:sticking to the principle of diagnostic integral wholism between diseases and syndromes,advocating the unity in differential diagnoses between function and physique,promoting the organic integration between macro diagnosis and micro diagnosis,promoting standardization and systemization of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine
