摘　　要：:目的　观察高压氧 (HBO)对门脉高压症患者术前准备的临床疗效。方法　将 46例门脉高压症患者随机分为高压氧组 2 6例和对照组 2 0例 ,观察治疗前后肝功能及肝脾B超影象学的变化。结果　肝功能 (Tbil,ALT ,PT)的改善及B超门静脉宽度、脾脏厚度回缩方面 ,HBO组优于对照组。结论　HBO是门脉高压症患者术前准备的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) on pre-operative preparation of portal vein hypertension. Method 46 patients with portal vein hypertension were random divided into HBO group (26 cases) and control group (20 cases), the change of liver function and B-type ultrasound images of portal vein and spleen were observed. Result The improvement of liver function (TBiL, ALT, PT) and the decrease of portal vein width and spleen thickness were all more significant in the HBO group than that in the control group. Conclusion Hyperbaric Oxygenation could be a method for pre-operative preparation in portal vein hypertension.
