摘　　要：目的 :调查分析精神病专科医院院内感染情况 ,以寻求降低院内感染率措施。方法 :查阅 1999年度精神科出院病人病案 ,按医院感染调查表格要求逐项登记 ,按全国医院感染统一标准确定为院内感染的资料进行分析。结果 :精神病院院内感染率为 19. 5 % ,远高于综合医院 8. 4%的院内感染率。其中胃肠道感染占 45 . 3% ,呼吸道为 38. 8% ,泌尿道为11. 2 %。结论 :住院精神病人由于病情关系 ,生活料理差 ,导致院内感染率高 ,加强对住院精神病人的生活料理是降低精神病医院院内感染的关键。Objective:Investigating and analyzing the infection situation in Mental Normal Hospital is that we look for measures to reduce the inflection rate inside the hospital Methods:Consult the case that mental patients went out of the hospital in 1999 we register the infection investigative form among the hospital one by one we must analysed the information according to the standard of the country called infection inside As a result:Mental Hospital infection rate inside is 19 5%,It is much higher than that of comprehensive Hospital whose rate is 8 4%,one of it′s stomach and intestines tract infection occupied 45 3%,respiratory tract is 38 8%,urinary tract is 11 2% Conclusion:Because the patients′ the ability of taking care of the myselfes is weak as to increase the infection rate inside the hospital So we must strong then to take good care of our patients in hospital,that′s vital to cut into the infection rate in the mental hospital [
