宜昌市居民无偿捐献遗体的运作程序及意义

摘　　要：目的 :解决医学教育和科研的尸源不问题 ;方法 :通过法律公正的方法 ,制定捐献遗体协约和捐献遗体登记表 ,进而进行公证。结果 :宜昌市目前共有 14名市民签约捐献遗体 ,年龄最大者 81岁 ,最小者 46岁 ,男性 9名 ,女性 5名 ,大于和等于 80岁 3名 ,6 0～ 79岁 6名 ,中专以上文化程度 8名 ,初中以下 6名 ;意义 :有力支持医学教育及科学研究 ;是殡葬改革的初步尝试 ;是依法治国方略的体现。Aim resolving the problem of shortage of cadaver Method signing and notarizing the agreement of cadaver donor Result up to now ,14 citizens of Yichang City have signed the agreement,an 81 years old man is the oldest,a 46 years woman is the youngest,8 of them are male,5 of them are female Age≥80(3),60～79(6),<60(5);8 members are over secondary education,6 ones are below middle school Significance supporting medical education and research,reforming the funeral and representing of administering our country with the law [
