摘  要:用新疆西部天山区域和阿尔泰山区域牛源细粒棘球蚴(Echinococcus granulosus E.g)原头节实验感染不同品系小鼠后的不同时期剖检,比较观察细粒棘球蚴在其体内的发育情况。结果为四种小鼠的继发性细粒棘球蚴囊在雌性鼠中的发育较雄性间的为快.在四种小鼠中,西部天山牛源E.g比阿尔泰山牛源E.g的发育较好,生长亦较快.感染后 10个月,西部天山牛源E.g在鼠体内出现了发育成熟的原头节,而阿尔泰山牛源E.g到第12个月时仅有一只鼠出现发育成熟的原头节.表明西部天山牛源E.g与阿尔泰山牛源E.g在四种小鼠中的发育情况存在着明显的差别。This study was undertaken to explore whether there was difference in pathogenicity of bovine origin Echinococcus granulosus from different regions of Xinjiang to different strains of mice. NIH mice, ICR mice, BALB/c mice and Mice of Kunming strain were autopsied at different times after there experimental infection with protoscoleces of bovine E. granulosus from Altai Mountain region and Western Tianshan Mountain region and a comparative observation was made on the development of E. granulosus in the body of these mice. After infection of the 4 strains of mice, secondary hydatid cysts developed more rapidly in female than in male mice. Bovine origin E. granulosus from Western Tianshan Mountain region developed better and grew more rapidly than that from Altai Mountain region in these 4 strains of mice. Autopsy made 10 months after artificial infection revealed mature protoscoleces in the isolate from Western Tianshan Mountain region, whereas only a mouse was detected mature protoscoleces in the isolate from Altai Mountain region as late as in the 12th month after infection. The experimental results showed that there was significant difference in velocity and state of development between E. granulosus from Western Tianshan Mountain region and that from Altai Mountain region in these 4 strains of mice.
