摘　　要：应用ELID磨削技术 ,分别在平面、内圆和外圆磨床上对多种典型硬脆材料实现了精密镜面磨削。结果表明 ,该技术精度高、成本低、工艺简单可靠 ,具有广阔的应用前景。s:The precision mirror surface grinding is realized on several typical hard and brittle materials by applying the ELID grinding technology on plane, internal and external grinders. The practical result indicates that the ELID technology is a type of high precision, low cost, simple and reliable techniques with widely ELID applying future.
