摘  要:采用遗传算法对文献新型节能电磁换向阀进行了优化设计 ,给出了优化设计数学模型和优化结果 ,并对采用遗传算法和改进遗传算法进行优化设计获得的结果进行了比较 。Genetic algorithm is now being used widely i n op timal design of all kinds of components because it can solve the multi-minimum optimal problem much better than the traditional optimal design methods.As new t ype energy-saving valve is made up of permanent magnet and electro-magnet,the optimal design problem is a complex multi-minimum problem.Traditional optimal d esign method is not suitable to solve such kind of problems.Thus genetic algorit hm is used to solve the optimal design problem of new type valve.Mathematics mod el of optimal design is introduced and optimal results are given.The optimal des ign results using genetic algorithm are compared with traditional optimal result s.Comparison shows that genetic algorithm is more suitable than traditional opti mal methods to solve the problem of new type energy-saving solenoid directional control valve.
