摘　　要：3MZ16 30圆锥滚子凸度超精研机采用变频调速控制 ,导辊旋转和油石振荡实现无级调速 ,具有调速范围宽、动态响应好和调速精度高等特点 ,便于工厂自动化生产 ,运行稳定可靠。附图MZ6130 crowned tapered roller superfinishing machine utilizes frequency conversion timing control and guide roller rotation and whetstone oscillation to realize stepless timing are adopted having some advantanges such as wide timing range and fine dynamics respond and high timing accuracy etc and suits to automation production in factory. Its operation is stable and reliable.
