摘　　要：文中阐述了电容极板放置在同一平面内的特殊电容敏感器件的工作原理、等效电路、应用测试 ;等效电路用拉氏运算子阻抗Zx(S)分析法 ,容抗频率 (Cx/ fx)变换电路的动作原理 ;及简易高性能配套单片机数据处理与数码显示电路 ;最后给出敏感器件在多方面的应用分析与检测时的注意事项。In this paper the characteristics,the key techniques of the working principle,multipurpose application analysis of special variable capacitance C x sensor,that's serial capacitive plats put on single plana,its equivalent circuits,circuits analysis method using Laplacian impedance Z x(s) are described.The circuits of capacitive-reactance and frequency( C x/f x ) conversion,techniques of the f x /D conversion,data processing and digital displaying circuit of high performance Single board computer,the key techniques and the matters needing attention in the applied process are given in this paper.
