摘　　要：在CIMS应用工程中 ,由于频繁的工程更改 ,造成流程和信息集成管理的困难 ,本文提出了工程更改管理的目标 ,分析了工程更改的组织管理和企业现状 ;通过分析CIMS环境下工程更改信息流向 ,提出了CIMS环境下工程更改管理与控制的策略 ;最后介绍了在不同的PDMSince frequent engineering changes have caused information integration much difficult in the CIMS implementation, the author analyzes the target of Engineering Change Managment (ECM) and the organization managament of engineering change. On this basis,The information flowing is researched and the tactic of ECM in CIMS environmrnt is put forward. The implementation of ECM through several mehtods of information integration between PDM and ERP is analyzed finally.
