摘　　要：本文采用四个相位分量同时测量、缩短采样时间的方法 ,使被测电容和标准电阻上的电压分别经过不同通道进行组合测试 ,以减小通道间不一致的误差。改进了积分式 A/ D变换器转换速度慢的问题 。This method measures four phase components simultaneously and so the sampling time can be reduced.The voltages on tested capacitor and standard resistor are measured through different channel combinations to eliminate the errors resulted from the difference between channels.The method solves the problem of slow A/D conversion and thus increases the speed of measuring instruments.
