肌苷注射液中肌苷含量的直接紫外分光光度法测定

摘　　要：研究了紫外分光光度法直接测定肌苷注射液中肌苷的含量，测定液ｐＨ值必须控制在６．０至６．９之间，选用２６０ｎｍ和２６９ｎｍ两处波长，在此，可消除注射液中助溶剂苯甲酸钠的干扰。使△Ａ２６０～２６９与ｂｃ相等。为４６０，线性范围为０μｇ／ｍｌ～２０μｇ／ｍｌ。经本法和１９８９年卫生部药品标准对南京某制药厂肌昔注射液作了对照，结果满意。In this paper a method for determining the inosine content in inosine injection by meansof ultraviolet spectrophotometer is studied. The pH value of testing solution must be controlled in therange of 6. 0 to 6. 9. Wavelengths are selected at 260nm and 269nm to eliminate interference of sodium benzoate in the injection. In comparison with pharmaceutical standard of the Chinese Ministry ofPublic Health using inosine injection of a pharmaceutical factory in Nanjing the results are satisfactory.
