摘　　要：应用 3批鸡传染性鼻炎二价油乳剂灭活疫苗进行了保存期检验 ,结果表明 ,二价苗在 4～ 8℃保存 1 2个月和 1 8个月后免疫鸡群 ,鸡群对 A、C型强致病力菌株的保护率在二免后 4周左右分别为 1 0 0 %和 88.5 % ,血清 SPA、阻断 ELISA和 HI抗体阳性检出率较高 ,但疫苗保存 1 8个月后所免疫鸡的血清 C型 HI抗体效价的几何平均数有显著的下降。因此 ,该二价苗的保存期以 1Three batches of bivalent inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine to avian infectious coryza were produced and the preservation of them were also evaluated in this study.The results showed that the chickens immunized with the vaccines being preserved for 12 and 18 months could achieve a protective rate about 100% against challenge of high virulent strain of serovar A (Hp8) and 88.5% against challenge of serovar C(H18).The positive rates of B ELISA,HI and SPA remains a high level,but the GMT of HI titers to serovar C of the chickens immunized with the vaccine being preserved for 18 months decreased significantly.The results showed that the vaccine could be preserved for at least 12 months.
