摘　　要：介绍了精梳分离胶辊的工艺特性和性能要求 ,从原料优选、配方、工艺、设备、操作和检测几方面 ,阐述了精梳机NFR W 999型不处理分离胶辊的研制技术措施 ,并通过纺纱对比试验 ,验证了NFR W 999型不处理分离胶辊质量优良、抗绕性能良好和成纱质量优良的纺纱特性 ,并可供各种机型精梳配置使用 。The processing property and the performance requirement of comber separator Top Roller are introduced. From raw material,formulation, processing, equipment,opration and detecting, excellent quality, excellent resisting winding performance and excellent yarn quality of non disposed NFR W999 comber separator Top Roller are discussed. It can be equipped with various kinds of spinning machine and can replace the import separator Top Roller.
