原棉中带纤维籽屑与成纱和布面质量的关系

摘　　要：通过对原棉中带纤维籽屑产生原因以及带纤维籽屑对成纱质量和布面外观质量影响的分析 ,提出了原棉和半制品带纤维籽屑数量等级的划分标准 ,并将该等级划分标准与Uster 97公报成纱棉结水平值相关联 ,这对在选配原棉时就有目的的控制带纤维籽屑数量 ,以保证成纱棉结控制在较低水平 ,提高成纱质量 。According to the reasons analysis of producing seed coat fragments with cotton fiber in raw cotton and the discussion of influence on yarn quality and fabric appearance, grades of seed coats fragments with cotton fiber in raw cotton and semi finished products are put forward. These grades are directly related to the value of yarn neps level of 97 USTER STATISTICS. It certainly has reference function to purposely control the amount of seed coat fragments with cotton fiber, to ensure lower yarn neps, to improve the finished yarn quality and to reduce faults fabric and low grades fabric.
