摘　　要：通过对煮茧助剂的使用实例分析，从正反两方面说明科学使用煮茧助剂的重要性，同时阐明了煮茧助剂在煮茧工程中的重要作用。By the analysis of examples used agents during cocoon cooking, it is explained the significance of using agents scientifically during cooking from positive and negative aspects. Meanwhile, it is expounded the important role agent plays during cooking.
