几种诱发电位主要参数的定量分析及对脑外伤预后判定的价值

摘　　要：本文对60例颅脑损伤病人通过急性期检查其BAEP、MLAEP、VEP的主要波峰量的变化来判定预后。结果提示:BAEP的波峰潜伏期,Ⅲ—V、I—V峰间潜伏期、波幅V/I比值;MLAEP的Pa峰潜伏期和波幅,VFP的N_(75) P_(100)峰潜伏期是判定脑外伤预后有意义的参数,其潜伏期延长,波幅降低表明伤情相对较重,预后较差。60 cases with brain—injury were studied, using the quantitative analysis of the peaks of BAEP, MLAEP aod VEP and the prognosis of those patients. The results show that to predict the prognosis of the patients with brain-injury, these paramenters are significant,including V peak latency, Ⅲ-Ⅴ Ⅰ-Ⅴ inter peak latency,Ⅴ/Ⅰ amplitude ratio in BAEP; Pa peak latency and amplitude in MLAEP,N_7,and P_(100) peak latency in VEP.The prolonged latency prolonging and the decreased amplitued suggest the seriousness of pa(?)ient condi(?)ion and the p(?)r prognesis.
