佳木斯地区成人枢椎的观测与分析

摘　　要：本文对193例佳木斯地区成人枢椎进行了全面的观测,并作了统计学处理。对某些有意义的指标进行了相关和回归分析,为临床应用提供数学横型。主要结果如下,骨质增生出现于齿突尖者占16.58%,出现于下关节面后缘者占4.63%;有157例出现齿突旁溶养孔,占81,35%;枢椎全高为36.90±3.18mm,椎体高为19.58±2.59mm;齿突高为17.37±2.69mm,椎体高为19.58±2.59mm;枢椎矢状径为49.97±3.70mm;全宽为53.66±5.43mm,椎体指数为87.53;枢椎椎孔矢状径为16.00±1.56mm,椎孔横径为21.69±1.45mm,椎孔指数为73.767;枢椎上关节面面积,左侧为209.33mm^2,右侧为192.84mm^2。The 193 cases axis vertebrae from chinese were observed and analysed by statistics.Some significant index of them were dealt with by interrelation and regreession so as to apply in clinic.The main results are as follow:The appearance rate of bone substance hyperplasia is 16.58% at the top of teeth- process,and 4.63% at the inferior articular surface.The appearance rate of nutrient foramen at the side of teeth-process is 81.35% (157 cases)the full- height of axis vertebrae is 36.90+3.18mm.The height of teeth-proess is 17.37±2.69mm.The height of vertebral booy is 19.58+2.59mm.The sagittal diameter of the axis is 49.71±3.70mm and the full-width is 53.66±5.43mm. The sagittal diameter of vertebral foramen is 16.00±1.56mm,and the tran- sverse diameter is 21.69±1.45mm and the index is 73.767.The area of the left superior articular surface is 209.33mm^2,and the one of the right is 192.84mm^2.
