摘　　要：作者采用放射免疫法和电阻法对冠心病和高血压病患者血小板内环核苷酸水平和血小板聚集性进行了测定并与正常人进行对比。结果表明,冠心病和高血压病人存在有血小板环核苷酸代谢异常和血小板聚集性增高。The levels of platelet cyclic nucleotides and platelet aggregability were determined by radioimmunoassay and the method of electric resistance in cor- onary heart disease the method of electic resistance in coronary heart disease and hypertension disease,in comparison with control group.The results showed that there were the metabolism abnormality of platelet cyclic nucleotides and the increase in platelet aggregability.
