摘　　要：本装置用于实时监测整流柜二极管均流情况，能预防因不均流产生的设备故障。装置基于以80C196KC为核心的单片机测试系统,其中新型检测矩阵的应用，使连接线及模拟开关数量锐减，提高了性能价格比。：A fire－new intelligent cycle monitoring device for rectification equipment is introduced in this paper． On line monitoring the average current of the rectified diode and finding the failure are the most difficult problem of rectify system． The device has solved it successfully． The device used the single chip, in which 80C196KC is the key chip． The appliance of new monitoring matrix reduces the number of connecting wires and analog multiplexers abruptly and enhances the ratio of property and price．
