摘　　要：为实现电压与电流之间相位差的高精度测量，在硬件方面采取了提高时间分辨率、减小附加相移等措施，并提供了判定φ＞0或φ＜0的检测方法及相关的电路。：In order to measuring the phase difference of voltage and current with high accuracy, we take the measures to improve the time resolution power and reduce additional move phase in hardware,and supply the methods to determine φ＞0 or φ＜0 and related circuit．
