摘　　要：首先介绍含水仪的工作原理及应用 ,然后介绍了硬、软件设计。其中着重介绍了利用PSD2 1190JI、AD6 94AQ、DS12 30、TVS管及自复式保险丝等实现微机化含水仪的高可靠性硬件设计 。The operational principle and application of moisture meter are introduced firstly and then the high reliable hardware design of a microcomputer based moisture meter is emphasized. In this instrument, PSD21190JI, AD694AQ, DS1230,TVS tube and self reset fuse. etc.. are adopted. The complicated and high reliable data communication between moisture meter and portable PC is implemented by MODBUS protocol software design.
