TJ7131U轿车国产催化转化器系统的集成与开发

摘　　要：针对TJ71731型轿车 ,系统集成开发出国产催化转化器 ,并对所开发的催化转化器系统进行了较为系统的性能与可靠性评价。研究结果表明所开发的催化转化器系统对TJ7131型轿车具有很好的净化性能、其与整车匹配性能良好并已经具有 5万km的可靠性寿命 ;安装该催化转化器的夏利轿车排放达到了欧洲 2号法规 ,其综合性能优于国外进口产品。Now automotive catalytic converters in China mainly rely on imports because the converter made in our country has still many problems such as matching. A kind of catalytic converter for TJ7131 is developed. The catalytic converter system performance and reliability are evaluated. It is shown that this kind of catalytic converter system has perfect purging and matching performance, and bears reliability of 50 000 km; meanwhile shows that the exhaust emission of the TJ7131 installed the catalytic converter can reach ECE R Ⅱ emission standard and the synthesis characteristic of the catalytic converter is prior to the importing one.
