摘　　要：相敏检波器在ＲＬＣ数字电桥测量过程中是很重要的一环，相敏检波器效率的高低、性能 的好坏，直接影响到整个仪器测量精度。鉴相效果的好坏与鉴相方法有直接的联系。本文利用 数字全波鉴相，提高了鉴相效率，改善了鉴相效果，提高了ＲＬＣ数字电桥的测量精度。Phase - sensitive detector is an important part of RLC DigiBridge. The efficiency and performance of phase - sensitive detector determine the measurement precision of whole instru- ments. The phased effect is directly connected with phased method. In this paper, digital full - wave phase detecting is applied to improve efficiency and effect of phase - sensitive detector. By means of it, measurement precision of RLC digibridge is enhanced.
