摘　　要：简述了测量转速的一种方法 ,并提出基于PCL - 818L测试该指标的软、硬件实现 ,实验结果表明本测试系统是可行的。A method of measuring the speed of revolution is introduced,and the realization of software and hardware based on PCL-818L is put forward,which is proved feasible by experiment.
