摘　　要：通过研究分析知识密集型业务流程的特点及其知识管理的方法 ,参照WfMC的基本工作流模型 ,提出了知识集成的工作流模型以及工作流管理系统框架 ,用于描述知识密集型的业务流程中知识与知识、知识与人、知识与业务流程的关系 。This paper analyzes the knowledge management method of knowledge intensive process. With the help of the WfMC's basic work flow-model it puts forward the frame of the knowledge integrated workflow system, and gives a new way to knowledge management.
