摘　　要：介绍了 ZPG- 30型盘式真空过滤机在漓诸铁矿铁精矿过滤中的试验使用情况 ,结果表明 ZPG- 30型盘式真空过滤机的滤饼水分小于 10 .5% ,比原永磁外滤机降低 2个百分点 ;过滤系数可达 770 kg/m2· h,运输途耗降低 0 .8个百分点 ,全年可减少损失 80万元 。In this paper,the test work for dewatering of iron concentrate in LiZhu iron mine using new type ZPG 30 vacuum dick filter was described.The result of residual cake moisture content less than 10.5%,which is 2% lower than that of old magnetism outer drum filter and the yield above 770kg/m 2.Hwere obtained.The loss of transport in way is reduced by 0.8% and 80000 yuan is cut down per year.ZPG 30 vacuum dick filter is a effective dewatering equipment of granule iron concentrate.
