摘  要:行星齿轮传动的动态损失功率由啮合损失、风阻损失及轴承损失三部分组成。通过对行星齿轮传动进行动态分析 ,获得了各构件的动态运动规律及其动载荷 ,计算了行星齿轮传动的动态损失功率。在此基础上 ,提出了基于动态损失功率的行星齿轮传动的计算方法 ,并将所求得的效率称为动态效率。用本文方法对某航空行星齿轮传动的动态效率进行了计算 ,通过与常规的效率计算方法所得结果以及实验数据的比较 ,得出了用本文方法所计算的效率结果更符合行星齿轮传动实际情况的结论。The present methods used to calculate the efficiency of planetary transmission have not consider the effect of its dynamic character, so it is erroneous to calculate the efficiency of high-speed one by these methods. In this paper, a dynamic model for high-speed planetary transmission, firstly, is established, and the dynamic loads and kinematics parameters are solved by a digital method. Secondly, the dynamic power losses are divided into three parts, i. e. gear mesh loss P m,windage loss P w and bearing loss P b, and the equations for determining P m, P w and P b are developed. Finally, a method for calculating efficiency of planetary transmission based on dynamic power losses is proposed. With applying it to an example, the results show that this method is more reasonable than present methods.
