摘　　要：提出了一种描述水资源系统的数学方法 .系统网络图的数值化方法适用于很广泛的情况 ,而且不需修改主程序 ;调度运行规则概括了实际调度中出现的多种情况 ,并用一组参数进行描述 ,只需修改模型的输入数据文件 ,就可以建立不同的调度方案 .实际运用表明 ,本模型具有很强的功能 。A kind of mathematical method to describe the water resources system has been presented. For this method, the numerical method of system network is suitable for a lots of situations, and the general operation rules summarized from real situation are described in a sets of parameters. It is just only needed to revise the numerical input files when you prepare the model and the main program changing is not needed. The model presented has been used to simulate the operation of a large_scale water transferring system and obtained good results.
