摘　　要：深入探讨了住宅供暖计量收费的具体方法 ,引入了计量收费调整系数的概念 ,给出了该系数的计算方法及两种调整方法 。Discusses concrete methods of heat metering and charging, introduces the concept of the heat metering and charging regulation coefficient, describes its calculation and two procedures of regulation. Also presents methods for heat pricing conversion from the heat charging standard per unit building area and heating load per unit building area.
