摘  要:目的 探讨糖障明对糖尿病性白内障的治疗作用及其机制。方法 以链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病动物模型 ,用凝胶过滤法测定晶状体组织中水溶性蛋白的相对百分含量。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,阴性对照组糖尿病大鼠晶状体组织中α晶状体蛋白相对百分比含量显著升高 ,β和γ晶状体蛋白相对百分比含量显著下降 (P <0 0 1 )。糖障明中药治疗组糖尿病大鼠晶状体组织中α晶状体蛋白相对升高和 β及γ晶状体蛋白相对减少的程度均明显低于阴性对照组和降糖灵对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,0 0 1 )。结论 糖障明具有减轻糖尿病大鼠晶状体蛋白异常代谢的作用 。OBJECTIVE To investigate effect of tangzhangming (糖障明) in treatment of diabetic cataract and its therapeutics mechanism METHODS The animal model of diabetes was introduced by streptozotocin The relative percentage quantities of water soluble proteins in lens were detected with gel filtration RESULTS Compared with normal control group, the relative percentage quantity of α crystalline was increased distinctly, and β and γ crystallin were decreased markedly in negative control group ( P <0 01) The incremental degrees α crystalline and decreased degrees of β and γ crystallin were significantly lower in treated groups with tangzhangming than those in both negative control group and treated control groups with phenformin ( P <0 05~0 01) CONCLUSION Tangzhangming could alleviate the abnormal metabolism of crystallin in experimental diabetic rats, and it might be relative to therapeutic mechanism for inhibiting the formation of diabetic cataract
