归肾颗粒冲剂对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠治疗作用的研究

摘  要:目的 探讨归肾颗粒冲剂对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、甘油三脂及C肽的影响。方法 健康SD大鼠 5 0只 ,雄性 ,共分七组 ,分别为正常对照组、高脂组、高剂量中药组、中剂量中药组、低剂量中药组、降糖舒组和模型组。治疗 4周后禁食 12h采血测定血糖、甘油三脂、C肽 ,2h后再测定餐后血糖、餐后C肽。结果 糖尿病大鼠普遍存在高血糖、高甘油三脂血症及空腹C肽低下。高、中剂量组餐后 2hC肽水平增高至接近正常水平(P >0 0 5 ) ,低剂量组、降糖舒组和模型组餐后 2hC肽仍低下 ,与正常组比较仍具显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。高剂量组空腹血糖明显低于其他糖尿病组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 归肾颗粒冲剂能改善糖尿病大鼠症状 ,具有一定降糖作用 。Objective To study the effcct of Guishen granule on the levels of body weight,blood glucose,triglyceride and C peptide in exprimental type Ⅱ diabetic rats Method 50 male SD-rats were divided into 7 groups including control group,hyperlipidema group,high dose traditional Chinese drug group,middle dose group,low dose group,Jiangtangshu group and model group Blood samples of all groups were collected on 12 hours after fasting and on 2 hours after diet when all rats had been treated for 4 weeks Blood glucose,triglyceride and C peptide of all groups were detected Result Hyperglycemia,hypertriglyceridemia and low fasting C peptide existed in the diabetic rats The levels of C peptide on 2 hours after diet in the high and middle dose drug groups increased to the levels which were similar to that of the control group(P>0 05),while those of the low dose group,jiangtangshu group and model group were still significant lower when compared with that of the control group(P<0 05) The fasting glucose of high dose group was remarkably lower than those of the other diabetic groups (P<0 05) Conclusion Guishen granule could improve the symptoms,reduce the level of blood glucose and increase the level of c peptide of the diabetic rats
