摘　　要：目的　探讨急性颅脑损伤患者急性期血糖 (BG)含量变化及其临床意义。方法　应用电极法测定 5 0例急性颅脑损伤患者和 2 0例健康对照组的血清葡萄糖含量。结果　急性颅脑损伤血清葡萄糖含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。Objective To valuate the changes of blood glucose concentrations of the patients suffering from acute craniocerebral injuries during the acute period and its clinical significance Method Blood glucose concentrations of 50 patients with acute craniocerebral injuries were detected by electrode method and 20 healthy volunteers were chosen as control Result The level of blood glucose concentration of patients with acute craniocerebral injuries was markedly higher than that of the control group (P<0 01) The levels of blood glucose were significantly different between the death group and non death group(P<0 05) Conclusion These results suggest that detection of blood glucose be a useful parameter to predict the severity and prognosis of the illness
